Free Fire max is the enhanced version of the standard Free Fire app currently available. It is going to be a separate application that will support cross-play with the standard application. Both of the applications will run on the same server, and players with both versions can play together.
Recently developers conducted the second closed beta test of Free Fire Max in Malaysia, Bolivia, and Cambodia. The released date of Free Fire Max has not been announced yet. But as the beta testing started, we can expect it to release soon (by the end of 2020).
