Free Fire OB24 Update Release Date:
Free Fire OB24 update is scheduled to release on September 22, 2020. The servers will be under maintenance for Free Fire September update on September 22, 2020 from 9:30 to 17:30 (GMT +5.5). Before the September update on the global version, all the upcoming features will be tried out on the Advanced Server.
New Features:
New Character - Jay
The new character 'Jay' is an agent of SWAT and is trained for high-risk operations. After DJ Alok, Jota, and Luqueta, it will be the fourth real-life inspired character in the game. The Jay character is inspired by Indian actor 'Hrithik Roshan,' who appears in Bollywood films.
Jai comes with a special ability called 'Furious Reload'. As the name itself suggest, it makes him capable of reloading guns at super speed. But you would be amazed by knowing that he can reload guns with a blink of eyes. But it happens only when he takes down an enemy and applies on Shotguns, SMGs, Rifles, Snipers, and Pistols.
Bermuda 2.0
There were rumors of Bermuda 2.0 coming with the OB23 update, but it did not happen. Developers have a different plan for its release, and that is the Free Fire x Money Heist collaboration. It will be live in September and the OB24 update is also scheduled to be available in September, so we can expect the revamped Bermuda map with the update itself.
Bermuda 2.0 will be released as 'Bermuda Remastered' and is going to be a separate map. With the release, it will only be available for Clash Squad Mode, but later we can expect in the classic and ranked mode. The new Bermuda map will bring four new places, where the Clash Squad matches will take place.

- Academy: It replaced the Graveyard area
- Fisherman Greek: It replaced the Rim Nam Village area
- Yagami Garden: It replaced the Sentosa area
