Free Fire introduced a 'Rewards Redemption Site' sometimes back, where players can enter the Redemption Code to redeem the reward. Usually, the codes are given by the developers during the live streams and online events. Each redeem code provides one reward that vary from code to code.
Important Things About Free Fire Redemption Codes:
- Redemption code has 12 characters, consisting of capital letters and numbers.
- Item rewards are shown in [vault] tab in-game lobby while gold or diamonds will be added in the account wallet automatically.
- Please note the redemption code expiration date. Any expired codes cannot be redeemed.
- You will not be able to redeem your rewards with guest accounts. You may bind your account to Facebook, Google, or VK in order to receive the rewards.
Generally, the redemption codes are for 1-time use per account unless mentioned otherwise. Certain redemption codes can be region-specific; for example, JAZZ-PKCS-AGJ7 is a 1-time redeem code for Brazil. It means only one user from the country Brazil can redeem this code.
If you ever tried to redeem Free Fire Redemption code(s), you must have noticed the error "reward.ff.garena.com says… Failed to redeem. This code is invalid or redeemed." The error refers that the code you are trying to redeem has already been redeemed by another player.

Free Fire has a dedicated site known as REWARDS REDEMPTION SITE to redeem the redemption codes. You need to go to the Free Fire Rewards Redemption Site, Login using any of the options available: Facebook, Google, VK, and Huawei Account. Now, enter your 12 digit Redemption code and click on confirm.
