Niantic has added a new event in their itinerary of various events that are going to take place in January which includes an addition of new Unova Pokemon, the return of Heatran Raids, Research Breakthrough and much more.
Though there are no specific details as to where this pokemon will spawn in an Unova region but the Heatran raids will take place from 1:00 pm PST on January 7th to February 4th at the same time. You will also get to encounter the precious Heatran in these 5-star raids.
Apart from that, there will be a January Research Breakthrough which will take place from 1st January to 1st February. Also, the Adventure Sync Hatchathon will be taking place from 2nd January to 16th January. At last, there will be a new Team Rocket Go Special Research where you will be fighting against Team Rocket's leader Giovanni to save the legendary pokemon- Shadow Moltres.
