Call of Duty Mobile Halloween Lucky Draw Really a Scam?

Recently after the Halloween Update has arrived in Call of Duty Mobile, it has brought many cool things. Two things got massive attention, one being the limited time Halloween themed standoff map and other being the Halloween Lucky Draw.

The only difference being that Halloween Themed Standoff map is being praised while Halloween Lucky draw is being criticized. Well, it looks like the developers have played with the number to gain a monetary advantage, and the call of duty mobile community is upset with it.
