Meteorfall: Krumit’s Tale, a card-based dungeon crawler which is already out on Steam as an early-access purchase, but it will officially release on the 23rd of July. The closed beta for iOS and Android begins from 16th July and the invitations are also now available. The people who register will be selected at random; if you wish to apply for the beta, you can sign-up through this form. Meteorfall: Krumit’s Tale is expected for a release in the third quarter of this year. The game will be a premium purchase for $6.99USD on both iOS and Android.
The game for those who may not be familiar with the series, it is a dungeon crawler and by using cards, you fight your way through. In Krumit’s Tale, you’ll be playing on a 3x3 grid which is vastly different from the previous installment Meteorfall: Journey. Where you would be choosing from two cards. This small change drastically changes gameplay giving it a unique and fresh experience.
You can use items and abilities you have picked up from the dungeon to best enemies. Additionally, pick a perk – Powerful passive abilities that manipulate the rules to gain an advantage. Also, choose from 5 different heroes, which come with their own unique attributes. Just to name a few you can play as ‘The Mighty Bruno’ or as ‘Mischief’.
