Hoop League Tactics is a turn-based game by Koality Game that will be released on 19th December, but now it is available to play in open beta for both Android and iOS devices. Its a strategy game, during a match you will also get to choose the action like shooting, dunking or dribbling. Yow will also get to see the stats of every player on the bottom of the screen.

Since this isn't an officially licensed game by the NBA, so Hoop League Tactics will randomly create teams and players, but you still get a lot of customization options. You can create your favorite team. The game will feature single-player Season mode as well as pass and play multiplayer mode.
You can pre-register for Hoop League Tactics on Google Play Store and iOS App Store, so as soon as the game gets released on 19th December, you get the notification. As of now, you can participate in the open beta of Hoop League Tactics on both Android and iOS devices.
