Meteorfall is a popular deck-building roguelike from developer Slothwerks which will be updated with a new hero called Varfa the Ranger. Varfa will have her own unique abilities and who will also be the second-post launch character added in the game. The other heroes include Muldorf and Necrodude who are currently visible in the game.
Varfa will also be accompanied by a pet called Orhu on her journey. The update will also see a new game mechanic called Command Points which can be earned by playing specific cards. Once you have collected enough points they can be spent to carry out various actions for Orhu.
If you are unfamiliar with Meteorfall it is a deck-building roguelike where you will get to choose your class from one of four unique adventurers, and then set out with a deck consisting of some basic attack cards. During the course of your adventure, you'll be presented with the opportunity to add powerful new cards to your deck.
