PUBG mobile posted on its Twitter Handle about this update. This outfit can be found in the Premium Crate along with other seasonal outfits for a limited time.
This comes after the 0.16.0 update which released recently. To get the game PUBG mobile on your device go to Apple Store or Play Store.
