Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void Servers Are Shutting Down

Hello Crossers, 37Games.Asia is going to shut down the servers of Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void, which is the SEA server of Crossing Void. It has been shared on the game's official Facebook page. The SEA servers began services in April 2019 and the shut down will take place on 20th February 2020, 11:00 (UTC + 8), making it a quick shut down.

Developers thanked the players for their continuous support and love towards the game and to protect their rights and interests shared some important notes.

1. The players who recharged their account before 23rd December 2019 11:00 (UTC+8) can request to get the remaining Paid Maigo transferred to the in-game currency of Swords & Summoners, which is another mobile game published by 37Games.Asia. Transfer requests made between 23rd December to 15th February will only be entertained.

2. The in-game currency can only be transferred once to one target server. For any further details, you can contact the customer service for further details.

3. To avoid unnecessary delay and loss, the developers will shut down the servers on Feb. 20th, 2020 11:00 (UTC+8) and the new user registration will be halted at the same time.
